Bloom delivers creative therapy programs within schools, aged care and community organisations, bringing support directly into familiar, everyday environments. By working within these settings, participants can engage in a safe, connected and consistent space alongside their peers and community.
Individuals and families are also encouraged to express interest. Where possible, support can be facilitated through an existing partner organisation or a suitable local setting.

Aged-Care
Bloom offers creative therapy and counselling for older adults, supporting wellbeing, connection and quality of life within aged care settings.
Sessions run for 45 minutes and provide a calm, engaging space tailored to each person’s abilities and needs.
Sessions utilise Music, art and play-based therapies in order to explore and manage:
Process grief and loss (partners, friends, independence)
Adjust to life changes such as moving into care
Maintain a sense of identity, meaning and purpose
Reduce feelings of loneliness, anxiety or depression
Strengthen emotional resilience and coping
School-based Support
Bloom offers school-based counselling and creative therapy to support the wellbeing of children and young people within the school environment.
Sessions are available as individual or small group support, delivered on-site and tailored to the needs of each student or cohort. Each session runs for 45 minutes and is designed to fit seamlessly within the school day.
Using a combination of play, art, music and conversation, sessions provide a safe and engaging space for students to explore and manage:

Workshops
Bloom offers workshops and longer-term programs designed for delivery within schools, aged care and community organisations. Programs can be tailored to suit the needs of each organisation and may be delivered as one-off workshops or ongoing programs.
HeartBeat
A high-energy, hands-on drumming program that supports individuals to regulate emotions, release stress and build connection. Using rhythm and group synchronisation, participants learn to channel energy in positive ways while developing focus, self-control and deep listening.
Sound & Story
This program uses music to explore identity and life experiences. Through playlist creation, song writing, group singing and guided discussion, participants are able to externalise their story, reframe meaning, and strengthen identities through creative expression.
